• Customer calls 80022.
• Speaks with a Contact Centre Agent and request VISA Roadmile redemption.
• Upon confirmation, the agent will process the request to redeem AED 100 (equivalent to 8000 reward points).
• Customer can view the cashback redemption on their statement.

Redemption process for BRight Reward points

• The primary Bright cardholder logs in to www.ajmarewards.ae.
• Chooses from a variety of redemption options such as hotel room booking, airline tickets, electronics, gift vouchers, etc.
• Views the redemption options and selects the desired service or product.

Based on the availability of reward points, they can redeem their Bright reward points for the chosen goods or services.

Redemption process for ULTRACASH points

• Primary ULTRACASH holder logs in to Ajman Bank Connect.
• Selects the primary card redemption option.
• Sees the available cashback value for the loyalty ID/category balance.
• Redeem the points.
